WHAT IS TAE KWON DO ? Tae Kwon Do is a Korean style of self defence. Translated it means "the way of the foot" or "the art of the foot and fist". It is regarded as one of the most dynamic, powerful and effective arts of self defence. The practice of Tae Kwon Do will teach individuals self control, confidence and superior mental self.
All techniques are properly executed and well controlled. This means that there are no uncontrolled blows and you will learn how to deliver full power blows in defence of yourself or your family. All can be taught the dynamic techniques of Tae Kwon Do. Master Peter Xenos ia a qualified instructor who is recognised by the World Tae Kwon Do Association in Korea.
